Send a short message with the room size, what it is used for and where it is. We then arrange a site visit, select the unit and agree on the installation spot.

Many split air conditioners have a heating mode and work as an air-to-air heat pump. Heating performance depends on the model and the outdoor temperature, so we discuss it during selection.

An inspection at least once a year is usually recommended, and more often with heavy use. Detailed requirements are set by the manufacturer and the warranty terms.

In apartment buildings, mounting a unit on the facade often requires consent from the building manager or the owners’ association, and some locations need further approvals. It is worth checking before installation – we can tell you what to ask.

The price depends on the unit type and capacity, the length of the pipework and the installation conditions. We prepare a quote once we know the details, ideally after a site visit.
